Guarantee conditions

  • All products sent are previously checked before leaving our facilities, if the goods arrive in a defective state would be due to any incident in transport, in which case the transport company would be responsible for any damage suffered.
  • They should leave a record in the pda of the deliveryman indicating the incidence of damaged package.
  • All electronic components on this website, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive products for technical services, not for private users. If you buy any of these products we assume that you are a technical service and not a private user, so it would not be within the law of warranties. Products that show signs of mishandling or misuse are not covered by warranty.
  • We recommend that you test and inspect the products without removing the protective plastics when you receive your order.
  • If there are signs of mishandling, breakage or absence of the security plastic, any type of guarantee is totally excluded.

Returns

  • To request the return of defective products or products that the customer does not want, the maximum period is 90 days from the date of shipment.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer if we do not specify otherwise, in the event that the shipping costs are borne by Movilflash a maximum of 5,50€ will be refunded on presentation of proof of transport.
  • If you detect faults in the parts, you will have to return them as they arrived, i.e. without any signs of tampering.
  • In order to be able to return an item, it must be in perfect packaging conditions, and without traces of glue, scratches, or broken flex.
  • When the product has been checked by our technical service and the inspection is favourable to you, you will have 3 options:
    • 1. Refund of the amount
    • 2.Discount coupon (for the value of the product you are returning).
    • 3. Exchange
  • If on the other hand the product does not exceed the conditions of the return, it will remain in our facilities. You can request that it be included in an order or you can send a collection of the product.
  • We do not accept returns carriage forward, the customer must pay the shipping costs and the company will pay the cost of the return in the event that it is favourable up to a maximum of 6 euros.

Return process

  • Log in to your account and go to the orders section.
  • Look for the order number of the item you want to return.
  • Select the product you want to return by checking
  • Explain briefly the reason for the return and the option you want (refund, exchange, or discount coupon).
  • Click on the box to make a return
  • You will be assigned a return number that you will have to put on the outside of the box when you send it to us.

The returns that are accepted and the customer wants the refund of the amount:

  • If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.
  • If the payment was cash on delivery or by bank transfer, you will have to send us an account number so that we can make the refund payment.
